A new studio in Lisbon

Where it started

Our first house was in Lisbon, in 2009. Since then about a third of our work has been in Portugal, Spain and the rest of southern Europe, and our London team has spent a lot of time on planes.

A second studio

This year we opened a studio in Lisbon with eleven architects and interior designers. It works as one practice with London: the same partners, the same drawings and the same weekly reviews.

What changes for clients

For clients in southern Europe, the team is now a short drive from the site. That means more site visits, quicker answers for builders, and designers who know the local planning rules and trades.

Nothing changes in how we work. One partner still leads each project, from the first site visit to handover.
