Chola began in 2009 with two architects and one house in Lisbon. Today we are 38 people in London and Lisbon, and one partner leads every project from the first site visit to handover.
01
One partner, start to finish
The partner you meet on day one leads your project until you have the keys.
02
The site comes first
We spend time on your site before we draw, so the design fits the place and its light.
03
One team, inside and out
One team designs the building and the rooms, so nothing feels added on later.
04
Clear costs from day one
Fees, budget and timeline are agreed in writing before design begins.
