Who we are
Chola Architects is an architecture and interiors studio with offices in London and Lisbon. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website or contact us, and what we do with it.

What we collect
When you fill in the contact form or email us, we keep your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and what you tell us about your project, such as the site, the city and the budget.
When you browse the site, we collect anonymous usage data: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are in the world, and which device and browser they use. This data does not identify you.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to you, to prepare a proposal if you ask for one, and to run the project if we work together. We never sell your information or share it for advertising.
Some trusted services help us run the studio: website hosting, email, and project and accounting software. They only process your information on our behalf.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses privacy-friendly analytics that do not use advertising cookies or follow you to other websites. If we ever add cookies that need your consent, we will ask first.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after two years. Project records are kept for as long as the law requires, usually between six and twelve years after completion, depending on the country.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also ask us to stop using it, or complain to your local data protection authority. We reply to every request within one month.
