The brief
A growing company wanted one floor that works for focused work, team projects and clients, without closed offices.
The site
A long warehouse floor with windows on one side and a heavy timber structure worth keeping.
The approach
We kept the structure visible, put quiet rooms along the solid wall and open workspaces along the windows, and used the old loading bay for meetings.
The result
Delivered in nine months while the building stayed in use. Staff attendance rose in the first year.
