The brief
A hospitality group wanted a villa that could be rented as one house or as separate suites, and built with local contractors.
The site
A sloping grove with mature palms that could not be removed.
The approach
We placed the rooms between the trees, lifted them slightly off the ground and used wide sliding walls so the breeze moves through the plan.
The result
Built in twelve months with a local team. The villa is booked most of the year and is the group’s reference project.
